Our journey began in veterinary school, fueled by a passion for fighting animal and human infectious diseases. After being approached directly and indirectly, our founder has realized a need for results-driven consultations and services for helping clients develop innovative biologic products, and we set out to pursue that mission with a commitment to excellence.

Dr. Jack (Hailong) Guo obtained his higher education, training, and faculty appointment from both veterinary and medical institutes, has over 20 years of experience in veterinary and human infectious disease, vaccine and therapeutics research and development, published over 15 first and senior authored articles, succeeded in five fully validated potency assays after RelPot was abolished, several lines of USDA approved commercial & autogenous vaccine products, IND-enabling therapeutic candidates, and assisted with company acquisitions.

We provide full package and ad hoc consultation, management, M&A, technical design, analysis, troubleshooting, and writing services ranging from TPP to licensing dossier preparation for whole microorganism (live, attenuated, recombinant, defective, and killed), antigen, antibody, vector, DNA, and mRNA based vaccine and therapeutics for all species.
